This. But folks are acting like Porsha isnt. She moved in with Simon, paid bills to make it a marital home, and clearly wanted to keep her Duluth home. She HAD to sell that house with all the memories of becoming the Porsha she is today. She couldn’t maintain both financially

That's not what she said, she said "if I can sell $2 million dollar asset, make $1 million dollars, keep the $7 million dollar asset takes out its equity" means she gonna use that money made from her Duluth home to refinance the home Simon bought in her Own name.
